Suprimo better known as Carlos Alfonzo is a name most people recognize within the San Francisco underground community, as he’s no stranger to dropping funky beats. DJ’ing since 1996, and playing out regularly since 2002, there’s no question that Carlos has got some skills, especially judging how he’s played alongside and opened for DJ’s such as Bass Kleph, DJ Dan, Lazy Rich, Will Bailey aka Low Steppa, Kaskade, Wolfgang Gartner, Mark Farina, and Bad Boy Bill, Vanilla Ace, just to name a few. If you ask him, house music’s where it’s at. He loves nothing more than dropping some chunky, 4 on the floor rhythms to get your body moving and trust me, that’s just what you’ll be doing. Carlos has shared his love of house by dropping the hottest, most bass bumping tracks he could find, as well as producing some of his own. He’s also been busy in the studio, working to define his style, which hasn’t gone unnoticed. He’s garnered the attention of several local Bay Area labels, LA based Tech Asylum Recordings and Chicago based Traxmen Records, which in turn have landed him several remixes, with many more surely on the way.
